9. Obviously, CTU needs to screen their employees and put their ex-employees under full surveillance at all times. If Nina Meyers shows up again, I’m throwing this TV out the window never watching this show again writing a strongly worded letter to Fox Studios (which I swore that I would never watch again after Firefly, please don’t tell my fellow Browncoats).
10. The writers of this show must really really really hate LA. And they don’t seem too fond of San Antonio or Baltimore either.

Why am I just watching season 6, you ask? First, my Dad was kind enough to lend it to me (freeing up 7 slots on my Netflix queue). Secondly, well…let’s just say that I would rather wait for months or years for the next season, than to stress out through commercials, or wait a week for the next episode. I have enough problems going to bed instead of watching this straight through – I should admit that I pretty much did watch the first season straight through, and it nearly killed me.

Also, I just saw some news on season 7 today here. Apparently, Fox is considering either holding season 7 until this time next year, or breaking it up into two 14 episode mini-seasons.

I hope that everyone is doing well! I haven’t really gotten much done today. I woke up, ate, drank some coffee, and read New Moon (Stephanie Meyer again), laid on the couch, read some more, took a shower, read a little more, and then re-arranged my room.

And people wonder how I read so much. I only hope that I don’t finish this book before I get home to the third volume…

Tonight, we’re having a lovely dinner with Mom, Daddy, Larry, Wendy, and my Aunt Barbara. In fact, as soon as I finish this (and comb my hair), I’m heading downstairs to set the table. It’s been a really nice trip – very relaxing

So what happened today? Well, someone stole my credit card number and started making charges in another state. My bank caught it really quickly (two hours), but I still had to go in to a branch and fill out a whole bunch of stuff, get a new card, and do some bank stuff that I’d been avoiding doing for a while. So, yay me! I was productive and protected.

I’ve been working 10-12 hour days so that I can take that weekend trip to Houston/Katy to see Mom and Dad. I had promised them that I would help them take down some Christmas decorations, but my weekends started clogging up unexpectedly. It looked like I was going to come back Saturday afternoon, but then this weekend cleared up yesterday, and I can now relax and hang out until Sunday. Maybe I’ll be able to catch up with some of the friends that I’ve been neglecting – sorry guys!!!

So, I’m going to head back to work and finish all this stuff…maybe I can go home early, and enjoy these lovely Texas temperatures for a little bit before they plummet! We’re in the upper sixties, sunny and bright. Just think of this time of year when you decide to make fun of our summers! Talk to y’all tomorrow!!

I realized that he was looking at the last day that I had blogged. I know, I’m hanging my head.

A lot has happened since then, though: I’ve had a surgery (no big deal), and had Thanksgiving, and got a Blackberry, which I then had to learn all about…hmmmm…it doesn’t really look like a lot, does it? I guess i just worked a lot.
